We got to capture this beautiful engagement session at their wedding venue, The House on Barber Mill in Clayton, North Carolina.
Why should you take your engagement photos at your wedding venue? You get the whole place to yourself! We got to explore all the around the house and the grounds for the perfect photo spots. We will definitely be recreating some of these shots on wedding day! The House on Barber Mill was great because this was a pretty cold November day in North Carolina and we were able to take some photos inside the house (which was decorated so cute for Christmas).
M’Kenna and Patrick were such a delight to work with. I don’t think they stopping smiling and giggling the entire engagement session, which was absolutely perfect! We chatted about their wedding day, how they met, but most importantly their dog. I love getting to know my couples before their wedding day. This engagement session just made me more excited for their wedding day.
