The Raleigh Rose Garden has easily become one of my favorite places for engagement photos!
I can’t believe how perfect the weather was. We scheduled this engagement session in September, which is towards the end of the rose blooming season. I was a little worried we wouldn’t get as many roses in bloom, but the Rose Garden did not disappoint! There were plenty of blooms around just like it was summer time. Luckily for us, we didn’t have to have the summer heat!
Emma and Manav are such a sweet couple – they were encouraging each other throughout the entire session. They were also down for anything I threw at them. I love it when my couples have fun and completely trust the process! Of course, I have my go-to engagement posing, but it’s so great when a couple brings some posing ideas – especially when it’s a pose that means something to them. For example, we got to recreate a twirling photo they did on their trip to India and we are totally going to recreate it again on wedding day!
