Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh never disappoints for an amazing engagement photo location!
You would never guess that this was such a windy October day! The sun was shining and the views were totally worth it. The great thing about Dorothea Dix Park is that there are so many great photo spots. Sometimes you have to take the time to walk around because it’s a pretty big park. You get a mix of greenery and also the Raleigh skyline – which is super fun. In the summertime, there’s also a sunflower field.
Beth and Sean were so fun! Dorothea Dix Park was where they had their first date, so it was nice to be able to go back to capture their engagement photos here. They were down for hiking around the park to find the perfect spots, even in heels! Beth was smart though, she brought flats to change in to so she was good to do all the walking needed. Beth and Sean were so sweet together throughout the entire session.
