You can’t go wrong having a summer engagement session at the classic Oxbow Estate right outside of Raleigh, NC.
Sheena and James’ summer engagement session at the Oxbow Estate was the perfect blend of timeless and romantic. The estate’s beautiful grounds and elegant architecture made such a stunning backdrop, and these two fit right into it so effortlessly. This venue definitely giving Downton Abbey or Bridgerton vibes. From quiet, intimate moments to plenty of laughter in between, their session felt relaxed, genuine, and so reflective of their relationship.
Spending this time together before the wedding day is one of my favorite parts of the process. Engagement sessions are always a great chance to connect, talk through wedding plans, and get even more excited for what’s to come. I’m already counting down the days until Sheena and James say “I do” at the Donovan Manor in June 2025.
